We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our business in the Industrial Solar Projects segment at our Ahmedabad location.
The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in the industrial solar sector, a strong network with industrial clients, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of industrial solar projects in the Ahmedabad region and surrounding markets.
Generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective industrial clients (factories, plants, warehouses, etc.).
Negotiate and close contracts with industrial clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular updates to management.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial solar project sales.
Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle, industrial client requirements, and relevant government policies.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the solar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong leadership qualities to build and mentor a growing sales team.
Male candidate preferred due to frequent client visits & travel.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
