Job Description

Sales Head Karimnagar Regional Office

  • Lead and manage all sales operations for Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland SCV/LCV, Ziva Fabrications (vehicle body fabrication), and Citro n car dealership across the region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve market share, revenue, and growth targets for each business vertical.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of the entire sales team to build a high-performing sales force.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to maximize business results.
  • Travel extensively across multiple dealership locations to provide hands-on leadership, resolve challenges, motivate teams, and support customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and sales support.
  • Drive dealer network expansion, customer acquisition, and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market intelligence, and action plans.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on continuous improvement and long-term partnerships.
  • Working Location : BJR Group Regional Office - Karimnagar
