Lead and manage all sales operations for Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland SCV/LCV, Ziva Fabrications (vehicle body fabrication), and Citro n car dealership across the region.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve market share, revenue, and growth targets for each business vertical.
Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of the entire sales team to build a high-performing sales force.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to maximize business results.
Travel extensively across multiple dealership locations to provide hands-on leadership, resolve challenges, motivate teams, and support customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and sales support.
Drive dealer network expansion, customer acquisition, and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market intelligence, and action plans.
Foster a customer-centric culture focused on continuous improvement and long-term partnerships.
