Developing & Implementing Sales Strategies:

  • Design & Plan effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives
. Identify & Develop potential new markets and opportunities in the B2B, B2C in the Indian retail, Hyper & Supermarket.
  • Analyzing trends / data and Generate sales plans to increase Sales revenue.
Obtain Sales Target:
  • Responsible to set Annual sales target to the team member. Periodically monitors the team performance to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Analyzing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments / areas of improvement.
  • Identify trends and address any rising issues or areas for improvement.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team by providing guidance and support, conducting timely evaluations to enhance the team's selling skills.
