About the Role:
Kadamshree Developer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing teams, and achieving high conversion rates in the real estate sector. This is a leadership role requiring strategic planning, market understanding, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
Oversee site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales plans.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth sales operations.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of sales experience (preferably in real estate).
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Deep understanding of the Faridabad / NCR real estate market is an added advantage.
