Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and key market trends.
Set and track sales KPIs, analyzing performance data to optimize strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Forecast sales revenue and prepare periodic reports for upper management.
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
Drive expansion into new markets or segments as needed.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
