Reporting To CEO
1. To Manage overall business for the assigned area
2. To ensure uniform Sales Growth for the assigned area
3. To identify & decide for new Development areas & ensuring Channel Development for the same.
4. To Decide Target for team & distributors based on potential
5. Monitor distributor Performance & Growth.
6. Monitor Competition & their activities in the region & action plan to counter the Competition.
7. Meeting all distributors resolve issues.
8. Monitoring Schemes/Implementation & Formulate / propose new schemes to achieve sales Target for the region.
9. Develop / Motivate & monitor Team for the assigned region
10. Identify training needs for the Team.
11. Coordinates with all functions to ensure customer service
12. Brand positioning in the region.
13. Corrective action for Transparent implementation of schemes
14. Introduce new distributor
15. Process Implementation for sales team
16. Resolve Team Issues.
17. Reviews & Propose Promotional activities for the region based on Allocated budget
18. Correct Market Feedback to the Management highlighting challenges & Proposing solutions
19. Participate & formulation of companies/Growth Strategy
20. No Excuse Management
21. Keeping the team unite & focusing towards the company Goals.
22. Achieve individual target and team target
