Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads and enhance customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNIs. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management. Participate in pricing strategy discussions and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Key Requirements:



Minimum 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, sales strategies, and customer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
