Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Relationship Building:

Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, donors, and partners within the social sector.

Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as grants, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Sales Strategy:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support the organization's mission.

Communication and Presentation:

Effectively communicating the organization's value proposition to potential clients and stakeholders.

Market Analysis:

Understanding the social sector landscape, identifying trends, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership (if applicable):

Managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.

Sales Skills:

Demonstrating strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

Knowledge of Social Sector:

Understanding the nuances of the social sector, including the needs of various stakeholders and the challenges faced by non-profit organizations.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
