The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing the sales team, developing key client relationships, and closing high-value interior design projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and deep understanding of the interior design and construction sales cycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
l Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
l Lead business development for residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects
l Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments
l Ensure consistent sales pipeline generation and project closures
Client Management:
l Build strong relationships with architects, builders, corporates, and individual clients
l Handle high-value client negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization
l Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery
l Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Team Leadership & Management:
l Build, train, and manage the sales team
l Set individual targets and monitor performance regularly
l Conduct sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
l Ensure adherence to company sales processes and CRM updates
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
l Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
l Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
l Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status
Process & Compliance:
l Ensure proper documentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with accounts team
l Maintain compliance with company policies and sales ethics
Requirements:
l 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, construction, real estate, or fit-out industry
l Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
l Strong experience in handling high-ticket projects (?20 lakhs and above)
l Excellent knowledge of sales cycles in interior projects (design ? estimation ? execution)
l Graduation required; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
