Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership



Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals

Define sales targets, forecasts, and budgets

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

Sales Execution



Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Lead key negotiations with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and strategic partners

Oversee pricing strategies, proposals, and contract closures

Team Management



Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews

Recruit, train, and retain sales talent

Client & Market Management



Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with market demand

Provide feedback for service improvement and new product development

Reporting & Compliance



Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills



3-6 years of sales experience

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Willingness to travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
