Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Manage key accounts, tenders, and institutional sales.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
Required Skill Sets
Proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
Strong knowledge of hospital, clinic, and institutional sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive sales planning, forecasting, and team management.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data-driven sales analysis.
Result-oriented with a strategic and customer-focused approach.
Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
10-18 years of experience in healthcare sales leadership roles preferred.
