We are looking for a highly committed and results-driven

Marketing Head & Strategic Growth Partner

to lead our marketing, branding, and expansion initiatives. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales, marketing, branding, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Lead all marketing, branding, digital campaigns, and SEO activities. Drive student enrollment, lead generation, and revenue growth. Develop new strategies to fill classes and expand programs. Build partnerships with schools, communities, and institutions. Act as a strategic partner to management with ownership mindset. Represent the institution in meetings and stakeholder engagements. Lead and guide the marketing & admissions team to achieve targets.

Qualifications



5+ years experience in marketing leadership (education preferred). Strong skills in SEO, Google marketing, digital tools, and analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ability. Strategic thinker with strong execution and target-achievement mindset.
