Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will lead and scale the real estate sales function, driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and executing effective sales strategies across projects. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and strengthening channel partner and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Forecast sales performance and prepare revenue plans aligned with business goals Identify new market opportunities, micro-markets, and customer segments

Team Leadership & Performance



Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (in-house and site sales) Set clear KPIs, targets, and incentive structures for sales teams Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching

Channel Partner & Broker Management



Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants Design channel sales programs and incentive schemes Ensure consistent lead flow and closure efficiency through partners

Customer Experience & Closures



Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Ensure high standards of customer engagement, negotiation, and conversion Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions

Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns, site visits, and branding initiatives Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations Track and optimize conversion funnels and sales processes

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and closures Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven leadership experience in real estate sales Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills Deep understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
