: Sales Head / Growth Lead
Location: 312 ,313 Prime Shoppers , Surat
Experience: 4-6 years (Services sales preferred)
CTC: ₹40,000 - ?45,000 per month

Role Objective
Own end-to-end revenue responsibility by building and scaling a predictable, disciplined sales engine. Drive growth through strong pipeline management, closures, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Own monthly revenue and collection targets
Lead and manage BDE(s), Account Manager, and interns
Ensure strict HubSpot CRM discipline across the sales team
Approve pricing, proposals, and discount structures
Prepare and present weekly revenue forecasts
Conduct weekly sales performance and pipeline reviews
Collaborate closely with the Founder on high-value and strategic closures
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly revenue achievement
Collection efficiency (%)
Pipeline health (30 / 60-day visibility)
Sales team productivity and conversion ratios

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven deal closure experience
Strong numbers-driven and analytical mindset
Prior experience selling services (IT, Marketing, Agency, or Consulting)
Ability to build processes and enforce accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
