The Sales Head will lead the overall sales, business development and revenue-growth strategy for Greenleaf Envirotech Ltd across EPC Projects (Water & Wastewater Treatment), Environmental Laboratory Services, ESG & Advisory, and Fire & Safety Solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets across all business verticals.
Identifying new business opportunities with Municipal Corporations, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Industrial Clients, Consultants and Large Corporate Houses.
Leading the tendering & bidding process for water/wastewater EPC projects, O&M projects and environmental monitoring and other relevant contracts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders and key decision-makers.
Managing and mentoring the sales team; setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and ensuring on-ground execution.
Coordinating with internal departments (Design, Projects, Finance, Laboratory, ESG Team) for proposal preparation, costing and client presentations.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and market positioning as an environmental sustainability partner.
Representing GLEL at exhibitions, conferences, and strategic meetings to enhance brand value and pipeline development.
Providing weekly/monthly sales forecasts and MIS reports to the management.
