JOB ROLES

Lead and manage sales operations across

3 retail outlets

, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Supervise and support

retail sales teams

in each outlet to achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct

daily and weekly performance reviews

for all store sales staff. Provide continuous

guidance, coaching, and feedback

to improve product knowledge, customer handling, and sales conversions. Review each salesman's

walk-in leads, enquiry logs, and follow-up lists

, ensuring progress on every potential customer. Discuss customer approach, store pitch, product explanation, pricing, negotiations, and closing techniques with each salesman. Monitor

follow-up quality

and ensure timely communication with every customer. Help salesmen identify

closing opportunities

and support them in converting high-potential customers faster. Identify

bottlenecks

that lead to loss of customers or walk-ins and take corrective actions. Develop and implement

strategies for faster conversions

, improved store experience, and effective follow-ups. Coordinate with store managers to maintain

customer satisfaction, smooth operations, and team discipline
