Discuss customer approach, store pitch, product explanation, pricing, negotiations, and closing techniques with each salesman.
Monitor
follow-up quality
and ensure timely communication with every customer.
Help salesmen identify
closing opportunities
and support them in converting high-potential customers faster.
Identify
bottlenecks
that lead to loss of customers or walk-ins and take corrective actions.
Develop and implement
strategies for faster conversions
