We are hiring a Sales Head to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts for our packaging division.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy
Acquire new clients and manage existing accounts
Lead and mentor the sales team
Prepare MIS reports, performance reviews, and forecasts
Negotiate pricing and contracts
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution
Requirements
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business
8-12 years of sales experience (packaging/corrugation preferred)
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems

Pay: ?25,705.73 - ?91,976.15 per month
