Job Title: Sales Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Sales Head to lead national sales operations across India. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in untapped markets and driving growth across our product portfolio, which includes Soft Drink Concentrates, Flavours, Emulsions, and Essence Bottles.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Drive sales across India, with focused expansion in Pan India
Oversee pan-India sales for Flavours, Emulsions, and Essence Bottles.
Team Management & Development
Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of Sales Executives across India.
Align team goals with company objectives under the guidance of the Board of
Directors.
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
Identify and penetrate untapped markets, leveraging existing industry relationships.
Present and convert a pipeline of prospective clients using advanced manufacturing and customization capabilities.
Performance & Incentive Management
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through structured incentive programs.
Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent performance across regions.
Travel & Field Engagement
Travel across India for client meetings, market analysis, and team coordination as required and approved by Board of Directors.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and product market fit.
Additional Duties
Execute any other responsibilities assigned by Management in alignment with business needs.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 15 years of experience in flavour distribution, soft drink concentrates, emulsions, or related FMCG sectors.
Proven track record of notable achievements in sales leadership and market development.
Strong network of prospective clients with potential for immediate conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
