Candidate Profiles: Completion of any UG / PG / Any Specialization in Business Administrations/Sales & Marketing Should have sound knowledge of Immigration process and visa's (business visa, green card, skill visa etc.) Excellent communications skills 7-10 years of experiences in sales Proven past records in overall BD achievements/growth, capable of handling challenges and implementing best strategy and processes, Having experience in leadership roles in relevant industries like Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Real estate, immigration, aviation, banking etc.
Core Work Activities: SALES:
? The main goal of this leadership position is to drive the business towards generating business revenue, retaining the existing customers, focusing on customer services & support, ensuring safety measures overall, administrating the center, and working closely with the CEO and COO.
? The selected candidate will engage with prospective clients and qualify/ sound business prospects for our business and grow the business.
? The Candidate will be responsible for increasing Company revenue by managing successful Sales inquiries and identifying potential customers.
? The candidate will identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their organizational influencers, and their decision-making processes. You will be responsible for achieving yours and the sales team target
. ? The candidate will provide an up-to-date sales and marketing forecast ? Work on customer retention strategy and implement the same
? Excellent skill on customer rapport with the customer
? Oversee sales team/s to generate sales from existing customers, referrals, channel partners and develop new customers
