Experience: 8-20 years in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably HRMS, ERP, or SaaS domain).
Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets. ? Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement. ? Review team performance regularly to identify challenges, analyze reasons for shortfalls, and implement corrective actions. ? Build a strong, motivated sales culture through training, coaching, and performance management. ? Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach. ? Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment. ? Identify new markets, enterprise clients, and partnership opportunities. ? Manage key client relationships and drive long-term business retention. ? Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. ? Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market initiatives. ? Represent Tempus Central at industry events and enhance brand presence.
