industry.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project developers, and large industrial clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.
Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and dispatches through ERP system.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and sales analysis via ERP.
Collaborate with production, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide periodic MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / MBA / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management.
8-12 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the solar structure / renewable energy / steel fabrication industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Odoo / Tally or equivalent).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
