Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Build and expand professional networks to support business development efforts.
Engage in negotiations and close sales deals to maximize revenue for the company
Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.
