Job Summary



The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional operations, and leading a team to achieve business objectives within the assigned zone. The candidate must have extensive experience in the garment industry, with a proven track record of boosting sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy Development

: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal sales targets and expand market share in the garment industry.

Team Leadership

: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Market Analysis

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Revenue Growth

: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing client accounts.

Inventory Coordination

: Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of garments and alignment with market demand.

Brand Promotion

: Promote the company's brand and product portfolio through trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives within the zone.

Performance Monitoring

: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Quality

: Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality benchmarks, and company policies in all sales and operational activities.

Budget Management

: Oversee the zonal budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability.

Required Qualifications and Skills



Experience

: Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or sales management role.

Industry Knowledge

: Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and customer requirements.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales and operational goals.

Sales Expertise

: Strong track record in driving sales growth, with expertise in B2B and B2C sales within the garment sector.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.

Analytical Abilities

: Proficient in analyzing market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.

Networking

: Established network of contacts within the garment industry, including retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Travel

: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone to meet clients and oversee operations.
