) to lead, manage, and grow boutique or saree showroom sales by ensuring excellence in client experience, staff performance, and product presentation. The Sales Head will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships (especially with Marwari and HNI clientele), and maintaining brand standards across operations.
Plan and execute monthly and annual sales targets for the boutique/showroom.
Develop strategies to increase footfall, conversion rates, and average bill value.
Monitor daily sales reports and ensure achievement of category-wise goals (Saree, Bridal, Designer, Trousseau, etc.).
Identify local market opportunities and execute promotional tie-ups or collaborations.
2. Client Relationship & Customer Experience
Ensure personalized service to all clients, with a focus on high-value and repeat customers.
Supervise team in handling bridal, festive, and family group shopping appointments.
Maintain excellent after-sales service, client follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Build community relationships with Marwari, Gujarati, and business families.
3. Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and motivate boutique sales staff on grooming, etiquette, and storytelling.
Conduct daily briefings on offers, targets, and key client visits.
Guide the team on cross-selling accessories or jewellery for complete styling.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and grooming standards of all team members.
4. Product, Display & Stock Management
Oversee product rotation, visual merchandising, and festive/fashion displays.
Ensure accurate inventory records and timely coordination with the warehouse.
Communicate fast-moving and slow-moving product data to management.
Plan product mix as per local trends, client demand, and wedding season preferences.
5. Marketing & Event Coordination
Coordinate with marketing for photoshoots, influencer visits, and boutique events.
Drive seasonal campaigns like "Wedding Utsav", "Saree Mahotsav", or "Festive Edit".
Engage customers through WhatsApp updates, client previews, and loyalty programs.
Ensure brand visuals and signage meet luxury presentation standards.
6. Reporting & Administration
Maintain MIS reports: sales, footfall, staff performance, and feedback summaries.
Handle billing accuracy, discounts, and cash reconciliation with accounts team.
Review store ambience, maintenance, and SOP compliance regularly.
