Sales Head
to lead and expand our open sales team for real estate projects in Mohali. The role focuses on driving bookings, managing channel partners, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage open/team sales and channel partners
Drive sales for residential/commercial projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build strong relationships with brokers and clients
Monitor team performance and close key deals
Requirements:
7+ years of real estate sales experience
Proven track record in team/open sales
Strong market knowledge of Mohali/Tricity
Excellent leadership and closing skills
