Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Head
to lead, manage and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by guiding both the
Business Development Executives (BDEs)
and
Field Sales Executives
, while ensuring a strong performance culture across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of sales targets and drive the team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
Build, train and manage a high-performing sales team.
Monitor and analyze the performance of
BDEs and Field Executives
regularly.
Provide strategic direction, support and motivation to the team.
Ensure consistent implementation of sales processes and customer engagement standards.
Submit detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline and forecasts to management.
Implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
Track all leads, conversions and client communications effectively.
Maintain strong knowledge of the market and industry trends.
Performance & Compensation Note:
The Sales Head is
mandated
to ensure that the team meets or exceeds the assigned sales targets.
If targets are
not achieved
, the
salary will be adjusted proportionately
based on performance.
Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to assess progress and goal alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
