Sales Head
to lead and manage our sales operations in the electronic manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team performance
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Handle pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management
Requirements
Graduation / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
8-15 years of experience in Electronics / Manufacturing sales
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales and team handling
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, MS Excel
