Role Overview



The

Sales Head (Educational Vertical)

will spearhead Kingston's

student acquisition, outreach, and regional marketing strategy

across multiple states.

This is a

field-based leadership role (not a desk job)

-- designed for a strategic and execution-driven professional who can

mobilize, lead, and inspire on-ground sales teams

, drive institutional partnerships, and translate marketing strategy into measurable admission growth.

The incumbent will lead a

multi-tier field sales force

executing

BTL (Below-The-Line) activities

, including on-ground promotions, local events, and outreach campaigns in

West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, and other North-Eastern states

-- working closely with

Counselling, Telecalling, Digital Marketing, and MIS Departments

to ensure a seamless admissions funnel from

lead generation to enrollment.



Key Responsibilities



Plan, lead, and execute extensive BTL marketing campaigns

across regions to generate qualified leads and admissions.

Recruit, train, and manage district-level sales officers and outreach representatives

to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance tracking.

Design and execute territory-wise sales and admission targets

, linked with incentive structures and performance KPIs.

Implement BTL activities

including:

School and college visits

for outreach and student interaction

Housing complex activations and community engagement drives

Tie-ups with coaching institutions, private tutor centers, and educational hubs

Participation in local events, fairs, and cultural gatherings

Outreach in panchayat offices, local clubs, community halls, and youth centers

Collaboration with district education offices and local influencers

Coordinate with

counselling, telecalling, and digital marketing teams

for lead conversion and pipeline tracking. Monitor and analyze

funnel performance

via CRM tools (LeadSquared, Smartflo, WhatsApp, RCS dashboards) to ensure data-driven decision-making. Build sustainable partnerships with

schools, agents, and educational networks

across key markets. Conduct

weekly and monthly business reviews

with the President and Secretary, supported by performance dashboards and MIS reports. Develop

sales training manuals, reporting templates, and SOPs

for regional consistency. Collaborate with the

HR Department

for manpower planning, team expansion, and performance evaluation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
