Job Summary
The
Sales Head
will be responsible for leading and driving the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and client acquisition for The Face Company. This role involves overseeing the entire sales team, creating actionable plans to achieve ambitious sales targets, building partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while expanding the brand's footprint.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Create quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Develop new business channels, including corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and premium memberships.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers, executives, and front-line staff.
Conduct regular sales training to improve team performance and productivity.
Define clear KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Build a high-performing sales culture focused on customer-centric solutions.
3. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
Ensure consistent growth in revenue streams across all company branches and locations.
Establish and manage pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Drive corporate and high-value client acquisition for premium services.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners to ensure repeat business.
Oversee customer satisfaction metrics and implement feedback-based improvements.
Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns promptly to maintain service quality.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
Leverage CRM systems and data analytics for better targeting and customer retention strategies.

10+ years of experience

Prior experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, hospitality, or luxury service industries is
mandatory
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
