Supervise and lead the tehsil-level sales executives across the assigned district.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with management for reporting, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or team handling.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve targets within deadlines.
Willing to travel across the assigned district as per business requirements.
