Sales Head - Digital Marketing Services (US Market)

Job Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head to lead and sell our Digital Marketing Services sales for international markets, primarily for the US, with having the same experience. This is a leadership role for someone who has built revenue pipelines from scratch, mastered outbound sales, and knows how to convert cold prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in cold calling, email outreach, team management, and high-ticket closures.

Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any Stream Experience: 4-8 yrs (Relevant experience of selling Digital marketing services in US) Location: Sec-74 Mohali, Punjab (Work From Office) Salary Package: 70k - 1 Lac (per month) + Lucrative Incentives Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift (8 pm to 5 pm) Must have Own Vehicle (Activa/ Bike/ Car) for US shifts

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or IT Services sales Strong hands-on expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and outbound sales Demonstrated success in US or international B2B sales (preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Experience managing and scaling sales teams Target-driven mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales operations for Digital Marketing and IT services Design and execute outbound sales strategies through cold calling and email campaigns Build, manage, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team Define sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement Own high-value deal closures and manage key client relationships Drive revenue growth across US and international markets Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools Optimize sales processes, scripts, and outreach frameworks Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align offerings with market demand
