Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and strategic

Sales Head

to lead the sales division of our diamond business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

diamond trading, jewellery exports, or luxury sales

, along with proven expertise in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and managing key domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement. Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and international buyers. Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and profitability. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. Oversee client negotiations, contract closures, and payment follow-ups. Implement CRM and reporting systems for effective pipeline management and forecasting. Provide strategic insights to management for market expansion and product diversification.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in

sales leadership roles

within the

diamond or jewellery industry

. In-depth understanding of diamond assortments, grading, pricing, and global market dynamics. Strong network within the diamond trade (domestic and international). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Data-driven decision-making ability with strong business acumen. Experience in managing P&L and large sales teams.

Compensation:



Salary: ₹15-25 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives Benefits: Profit-linked bonuses, travel allowance, and leadership growth opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹468,917.66 - ₹1,877,920.60 per year
