Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and international buyers.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and profitability.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee client negotiations, contract closures, and payment follow-ups.
Implement CRM and reporting systems for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
Provide strategic insights to management for market expansion and product diversification.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in
sales leadership roles
within the
diamond or jewellery industry
.
In-depth understanding of diamond assortments, grading, pricing, and global market dynamics.
Strong network within the diamond trade (domestic and international).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven decision-making ability with strong business acumen.
Experience in managing P&L and large sales teams.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹15-25 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives
