Job Summary:
The Sales Head for Mobile Tower Construction & Heavy Machines is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth within the mobile tower construction and heavy machinery sectors. This role involves managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the mobile tower construction and heavy machinery markets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and business development activities.
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including telecom companies, construction firms, and heavy equipment buyers. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the mobile tower construction, heavy machinery, or related industries.
