Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage B2B sales operations for colour cosmetics
Develop and execute sales strategies for institutional, private label, and contract manufacturing clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Build strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and key decision-makers
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration
Coordinate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term contracts
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and annual business plans
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
In-depth knowledge of colour cosmetics products and formulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Experience
10-15 years of B2B sales experience in the colour cosmetics industry
Proven track record in institutional / private label / contract manufacturing sales
Experience handling domestic and export markets will be an added advantage
Education
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
