Sales Head
to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in line with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve revenue objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company's customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales plans.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10-15 years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the
construction or real estate industry
.
Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
