The Construction Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion goals within the construction sector. The role requires a strong background in B2B and project-based sales, client relationship management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and profitability goals.
Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with project, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
15+ years of experience
in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management in the
Construction/Infrastructure industry
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of construction materials, services, and market dynamics.
Ability to develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
