Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic, target-driven Sales Head
who can energize and lead our sales team to deliver exceptional business results. This role involves managing the CRM process, driving both inbound and outbound sales, and building a proactive culture of business development across all sales verticals.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with "fire to sell," who thrives on meeting goals, motivating teams, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and CRM teams to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Business Development:
Drive outbound sales through proactive client outreach, partnerships with architects & designers, and lead generation initiatives.
CRM Management:
Oversee CRM systems and processes to ensure timely lead follow-ups, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Inbound & Outbound Strategy:
Balance inbound showroom and online inquiries with structured outbound sales efforts to grow business pipelines.
Sales Process & Performance:
Establish clear sales KPIs, review performance weekly, and implement improvement plans where required.
Training & Development:
Coach sales executives on client engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques to uplift team performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and retail operations to align campaigns, promotions, and customer communication.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversion rates, revenue trends, and customer insights for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA with 6-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in premium furniture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, energetic, and passionate about achieving growth.
Ability to travel when required for client meetings and business opportunities.
