Responsible for leading sales operations, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth for building materials across assigned regions/markets.
Key Duties:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop sales strategies for dealers, distributors & project clients.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders & architects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategies.
Review monthly sales performance, forecast demand & plan targets.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
8-12 years experience in building materials / construction sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, team management & networking skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
