The Sales Head is responsible for overseeing market analyses, performance evaluations, control sales programs, channel development activity, and coordinating sales distribution. They play a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities :-
Develops & Implements a Sales plan.
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance expectations accordingly.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Advising sales executives concerning sales techniques.
Assigns sales territory to Area Managers.
Analyses sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
Represents Companies at trade associations to promote products.
Individually Deliver sales presentations to key clients, maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals, and take complete responsibility for business from these key clients.
Analyses and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
OEM & distribution Sales, Team management and prepare an action plan to achieve sales budget. Generate Leads and follow-up, Customer Relationship Management.
Preparing & monitoring yearly sales budget & monitoring all sales activities including Sales Plan, Collection Plan, so on.
Handle Topline Revenue Generation, Territory Development, Team Handling, Team Training, Customer Complaint Handling.
Build new and existing business with clients, develop strong bonds with PMC, Consultants, MEP, B2B, OEM Sales, Corporate Sales, and Government Sales.
Handle a team of 15 - 20 Sales personnel including Dealer Management.
Qualifications :-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
