Key Responsibilities:
Head and manage overall sales operations across all departments (Tours, Air Tickets, Medical Tourism, Forex & Visa Services)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and team KPIs
Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and B2B partnerships
Build strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and channel partners
Coordinate closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams
Handle high-value clients, escalations, and negotiations
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and sales performance reviews for management
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and service standards
Drive cross-selling and upselling of company services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
Minimum
6-10 years
of experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or service industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in travel agency, tour operator, or medical tourism company
Strong industry contacts and B2B client base
Ability to scale sales operations and open new markets
