Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company's go-to-market sales strategy across IoT, HVAC, SaaS, and BFSI sectors.
  • Define and implement structured sales frameworks to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Identify and expand new business opportunities across enterprise clients, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
  • Drive consultative selling with a strong focus on solution value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes.
Team Management & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a sales team across regions and industry verticals.
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structures to motivate and maximize productivity.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Client & Partner Engagement
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with clients in BFSI, manufacturing, real estate, and related industries.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with evolving client needs.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners, OEMs, and technology alliances to expand market reach.
Market Insights & Growth
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer demands to refine positioning and solutions.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to forecast sales pipelines and optimize performance.
  • Represent the company at conferences, forums, and industry associations to enhance brand visibility.
Skills & Competencies
Domain Expertise
  • Proven knowledge of IoT applications in smart buildings, connected devices, predictive maintenance, and industrial automation.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC industry sales cycles, energy efficiency trends, and green building technologies.
  • Strong background in SaaS solutions, subscription models, and enterprise cloud adoption.
  • Familiarity with BFSI technology ecosystems including digital transformation, compliance, and customer engagement platforms.
Sales & Leadership Skills
  • Track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets in enterprise sales.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes.
  • Expertise in solution selling, key account management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
