Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

2. Team Leadership & Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate regional/national sales teams.

Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel.

Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for sales staff.

3. Revenue & Business Growth



Drive revenue generation through acquisition of new customers and expansion within existing accounts.

Develop strategies for channel sales, direct sales, and key accounts.

Oversee pricing, negotiations, and deal closures.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management



Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Manage escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Forecasting & Reporting



Track sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior leadership.

Use CRM tools to analyze data and improve sales efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.

Provide feedback on market needs, product improvements, and customer pain points.

Align sales campaigns with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's degree

Experience



1 years of sales experience..

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Background in B2B/B2C sales depending on industry.

Skills



Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
