We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Head
to
lead our B2B IT product sales
and
enterprise solutions
division. The ideal candidate will drive
revenue growth
through strategic sales leadership, client relationship management, and effective team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.
Engage in strategic discussions with C-level executives to influence and close large enterprise deals.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Pre-sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
Mentor and guide the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
12+ years
in
B2B IT product sales,
with 5+ years in strategic business growth roles
Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in
BFSI domain
Strong skills in negotiation, consultative selling, and GTM strategies
Ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex sales cycles
Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools
