Key Responsibilities:
International Sales & Business Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities in
international markets (hotels, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers). Formulate and
implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage key accounts and
maintain long-term relationships with global clients.
Market Expansion & Strategy - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
potential markets. Develop country-wise sales strategies and pricing policies. Ensure compliance with
international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Team Leadership & Coordination - Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve targets. Coordinate
with production, supply chain, and logistics teams for timely order execution. Work closely with marketing for
international exhibitions, trade shows, and digital B2B platforms.
Performance & Reporting - Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic reports to
management. Analyze sales data and suggest corrective measures for improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of international B2B sales and export business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client networks.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade laws.
Knowledge of textiles/home furnishing industry preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / Master's in International Business / Marketing or relevant field.
10-15 years of proven experience in exports B2B sales (preferably in textiles, home furnishings, or FMCG).
Strong track record of achieving export sales targets in multiple international markets.
Experience in handling large institutional buyers, hospitality chains, or retail groups will be an added
