We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Sales Head
who has a strong background in
selling auditorium, meeting room, and boardroom solutions
. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, manage key client relationships, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
auditorium, AV integration, and corporate communication
domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, consultants, contractors, schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategies for
market expansion, key account management, and channel partnerships.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to prepare
proposals, BOQs, and client presentations.
Track and forecast sales performance, prepare regular reports for management.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in B2B sales of
auditorium, AV, acoustics, or automation solutions.
Proven track record of handling large institutional or corporate clients.
Strong understanding of
AV systems, lighting, seating, and acoustic materials.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership
skills.
Ability to work independently with targets and timelines.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation tools.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹27,566.52 - ₹109,276.65 per month
