Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Head of Sales - Audio & Video Solutions

with

5+ years of experience

in AV product sales, focusing on

audio systems, conferencing solutions, and display technologies

. The ideal candidate will

lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage enterprise accounts, and guide a high-performing sales team

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive sales of

professional audio systems, video conferencing solutions, and display technologies

. Identify and expand business opportunities in

corporate, government, and education sectors

. Build relationships with

AV OEMs, distributors, and system integrators

. Oversee

sales strategy, pipeline management, and tender submissions

. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create

custom AV solutions

. Provide

market intelligence, competitor insights, and sales forecasts

.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven sales experience

in Audio & Video/AV Solutions. Expertise in

UC platforms, AV-over-IP, video walls, microphones, speakers, DSPs, and automation systems

. Bachelor's in

Electronics/IT/Business

; MBA preferred. Strong

leadership, negotiation, and strategic sales

skills. Familiarity with brands like

Poly, Crestron, Logitech, Cisco, Bose, Harman, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms

is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,681.36 - ₹80,964.11 per month
