Job Description

The Branch Sales Head - Amaravati will lead and manage all sales activities of the branch, drive revenue growth, achieve targets, and ensure smooth branch operations while aligning with the company's overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, motivate, and manage the Amaravati sales team, Associates, and channel partners to achieve sales targets. Drive recruitment, training, and performance of sales Associates and Core Leaders. Provide product, pricing, and project updates to enable effective selling. Monitor branch sales performance, lead conversions, bookings, and closures through regular reports. Ensure timely collections and manage branch-level P&L to meet financial targets. Reduce turnaround time from booking to sales and project closure through continuous coordination. Oversee day-to-day branch sales operations and ensure process efficiency. Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management. Report branch performance, challenges, and growth opportunities directly to management.

Experience & Skills:



Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales

Proven track record of achieving branch-level sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams

Strong experience in channel partner / associate management and high-value deal closures

Hands-on exposure to branch operations, collections, and basic P&L management

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
