Position: Sales Head - Advertising

Location: Hyderabad (AP & Telangana)

Salary: ₹15 - ?18 LPA

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience:12-15 years of experience in media sales, specifically radio and TV

:

? Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets

? Develop and execute strategic sales plans for radio and TV advertising

? Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts

? Build strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and media partners

? Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

? Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement

? Coordinate with programming, marketing, and operations teams

? Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

? Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
