Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HDPE and DWC pipe segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and institutional clients.
Drive project-based sales and ensure timely follow-ups on tenders, approvals, and order execution.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Skills & Competencies
Understanding of HDPE and DWC piping solutions.
Experience in institutional and government tendering processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience
4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the piping industry.
Experience to handle large project sales, government liaison, and tender management will be an added advantage.
