What you will do.


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth and customer engagement in the South region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Pharma Foils industry and a proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:


Drive revenue generation and meet sales targets through new customer acquisition and account management. Develop and execute sales strategies in line with business goals; monitor performance and make necessary adjustments. Manage collections and receivables efficiently to ensure healthy cash flow. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing customized solutions based on their needs. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to support decision-making. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aluminium foil segment. Collaborate with the Plant, Customer Service, and other internal teams for seamless execution. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

What we are looking for.

Qualification:

Graduate with experience in Pharma Foils Industry (MBA desirable)

Industry Preference:
